Drop images to clean

JPG · PNG stripped losslessly — EXIF, GPS & more, nothing uploaded

How it works

Three steps, no sign-up

01

Drop your images

Drag in one or many — they are cleaned on your device and never uploaded.

02

Metadata is stripped

EXIF, GPS coordinates, camera info, timestamps and comments are removed.

03

Download

Get clean copies — JPG and PNG keep every pixel, only the hidden data is gone.

Why it matters

Share without oversharing

Protect your location

Photos often embed GPS coordinates. Strip them before you share.

Before publishing

Remove camera serials, software tags and timestamps from images you post.

Clean handoffs

Send images without the baggage of author or editing metadata.

Your photos never leave your device

Metadata is stripped locally in your browser. No servers, no uploads, no accounts — the one place your location data should never travel.

Questions

What metadata is removed?

EXIF (including GPS location, camera model and serial, capture time), XMP, IPTC and embedded comments.

Does it change my image quality?

No. JPG and PNG are stripped byte-for-byte — the pixels are identical, only the metadata blocks are removed.

Do all my tools remove metadata?

Yes — compressing, converting, resizing or cropping here also re-encodes and drops metadata. This tool is the lossless, no-recompression option.

Are my photos uploaded?

Never. Everything runs in your browser — your images never leave your device.
